Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is currently only available to Ireland and is included in the price - no extra charges.
How long does shipping take?
I'll get your order packed up and sent out as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days once dispatched.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on where your art is on its journey to you.
What about customs charges?
Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs charges and import duties in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a full refund, as per Irish consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos and I'll sort out a replacement or full refund right away. No hassle.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Made a mistake? Happens to the best of us. Get in touch and I'll fix it - either a replacement or refund, your choice.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Privacy & Your Data
How is my personal information used?
I take your privacy seriously. Any information you provide (name, address, email) is only used to process your order and won't be shared with anyone else.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor - I never see or store your card details.
What are my rights under GDPR?
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data I hold about you. Just ask if you need anything.
Copyright & Licensing
What rights do I get when I buy artwork?
When you purchase a piece, you're buying the physical artwork itself, not the rights to reproduce it. All artwork and images on this site are protected by copyright and belong to Shauna McNally.
Can I use images from this site?
The works and images are not licensed for copying, downloading, reproduction, or use in datasets (including AI training) without prior written permission.
What's the licence fee for commercial use?
The licence fee is €10,000 per image for commercial use. Any corporate or entity use obtained by any means without a purchased licence will be invoiced at €10,000 per image.

What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Are there any age restrictions?
By placing an order, you're confirming that you're over 18 and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Will the artwork look exactly like the photos?
While I do my best to ensure colours and details are accurate in photos, please note that screen displays can vary. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations.
